In return, Asterisk radio stations advertise available positions,
training, financial assistance and Veteran Services. |

| On March 25, 2011, our General Manager, John
Starr, participated in the job and internship fair at University of
Florida. Students |
| were interviewed for internships and full-time
employment. Two students were offered
and accepted internships, however, only one |
| followed through and reported to the office. |

at Asterisk Communications in the programming department at Gainesville. |

| Description of Initiative: |

| Asterisk Communications participation in the
Ocala/Marion County Leadership Program continues, however, class |
| members are no longer touring the radio station to receive media
employment opportunities. We now
present our |
|
|
| information as part of a multi-media hands on
forum and presentation at the Star-Banner.
This year's presentation |
| occurred on January 10, 2011 with over 35 members in attendance. |

| On April 30th, 2011 Asterisk Communications General Manager, John
Starr, was a co-sponsor of the job fair at Sante Fe College |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| along with sponsors from Florida Works, Florida Employers Advisory
Committee and Society for Human Resource Management. |
|
|
| As
a result, nine resumes and two applications were received. |
|
|

DAY AT VANGUARD HIGH SCHOOL |

| On May 12, 2011, our Program Manager, Shane
Finch, attended Career Day at Vanguard High School and spoke on the |
| benefits
and opportunities of a career in radio.
As part of the presentation, a brief explanation of the positions and
duties |
| were
shared as well as educational expectations and the advantages and
disadvantages of these positions. He
also |
| discussed
changes that have been made within recent years and future changes. His goal of the career day was to |
| orient students towards the many opportunities
available in radio stations beyond those of on-air announcer. |

OF ACTIVITY: WORKFORCE CONNECTION TALENT MARKETPLACE |

of Initiative: |

|
| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| On August 31, Sam Gerace and Shane Finch
represented Asterisk Radio Group at the Workforce Connection |
| Talent Marketplace at the College of Central
Florida. Approximately 20 local and
regional businesses participated |
| with
over 500 job seekers in attendance.
Sam and Shane spoke to about 60 seekers and accepted resumes in |
| the areas of clerical, programming and
sales. Asterisk Communications
provided live remote breaks from the event |
| and supported the event with a total of 90
sixty-second recorded promotional announcements. Several of those |
| interviewed
appear to have the skills needed for future openings in our sales department. |
